GrowCo is focusing on growing Forth Worth and the community within. There are numerous return opportunities for this rapidly growing area. We are looking to make investments that can help provide positive outcomes for the community.
Near South Side
This is an up and coming area and we are looking at multiple investment properties in order to expand our development network. In the near future, this area will undergo various street and park projects, new construction, and historic renovations. We hope to invest in this area and take advantage of the return opportunities for this growing community.
TCU
This area is focused on student housing and we are looking to focus on the cash flow that is derived from those opportunities. The demand for student housing is continuing to rise and we intend to invest in some of these properties to preserve and improve the surrounding community.
West 7th
This vibrant part of Fort Worth has multiple attractions and is becoming a growing opportunity for return on our development property. West 7th encompasses nearly five blocks pedestrian-friendly urban elements and is the premiere shopping, dining and entertainment destination situated in the popular Fort Worth Cultural District.
Weatherford / Aledo
GrowCo is looking to expand its horizons and focus on some real estate development opportunities west of Fort Worth. We have already invested in two properties: an industrial warehouse and a commercial building. As Fort Worth continues to grow, we look forward to focusing on commercial and industrial development in these areas.
